A Crude Estimate publishes daily wholesale fuel-price forecasts (terminal gate price) for Australian mainland capitals, plus a scored accuracy record. Operated by Ooshiee Pty Ltd.

Forecasts are estimates and can be wrong. They are not financial, investment or trading advice. You decide what to buy; when the market is in shock we say so plainly and tell you to defer to spot discipline.

Plans are billed monthly in advance, plus GST, on a 6-month minimum term. Prices from $499/mo (Single City). Trials are free for 7 days with no card; access simply lapses at day 7 unless you subscribe.

Subscriber editions are licensed to your named email, for use by that subscriber. Every page carries your identity, both a visible watermark and embedded identifiers, so any shared or leaked copy is traceable to the account it came from. Sharing access codes or logins, redistributing or republishing the bulletin, or extracting it in bulk (including automated scraping) is a breach of licence and may end your access without refund.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any decision made using the bulletin is limited to the fees you paid in the prior month. Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. We may update them; material changes are noted with a new "last updated" date.

Your name, company, work email, and optionally phone; plus the role, fuel volume, sites and capital you tell us on the trial form.

To set up your access, deliver the bulletin, and occasionally contact you about your subscription. That's it.

We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't run third-party ad trackers on subscriber pages.

Data is held with reputable processors and access is limited to what's needed to run the service.

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask to access or correct your data, or have it deleted, any time.
